The store replaces an existing retail location. The camera-shaped exterior façade is mostly in place with a few small Mario touches, such as large red and green hats above the two store entrances.

A small café will be attached to the retail store to replace Schwab’s Pharmacy ice cream. The cafe is much bolder in design with artificial grass floors in the dining room full of mushroom-shaped tables.
